Nibbling

It slowly eats away,
bits of my intestine, heart and veins
but most of it, my brain...

Anger, which part of me
did you nibble today?

Dr-- Welcome! It eats up everyone of us... How helpless we feel at such times

Neilina-- Thanks.. :) I loved the post you recently wrote on the lines of our self-image and perceptions...

Dileep-- :).
Your poem, precisely the two lines on hibiscus flowers made my day. Wonderful!

Magic Eye--- Welcome to the blog... Yes, anger kills slowly. Just like pollution or smoke or sorrow...But then, like the rest, lesser mortals cannot help it..

such a disease it is, anger, and always leaves impulsive folks like me in a mood of regret. yet, i have always felt it a useful tool too - if used appropriately. get angry, but don't get affected by it.

Dharma-- Talk abt anger and being impulsive-- regretful combination. I eat when I am angry, nothing else helps, except sleep, maybe :)
